Each member firm provides services in a particular geographic area and is subject to laws and regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates. OC and the member firms are separate and distinct legal entities, which cannot obligate the other entities. Each member firm is only liable for its own acts or omissions and not those of any other entity. OC is not responsible or legally liable for any acts or omissions by its member firms.
